Outlook 2003 FROM address is incorrect

When I send an email now, it ends up in my Sent folder
with the wrong From Address in the message header. It
will either be blank for a different email account.

This just started happening.


The receipient receives the email, but the FROM is either
blank or from another one of my 5 accounts.


Has anyone see this behavior?

Check whether all account settings are still correct and that the right
account is set as the default account. You can do this by going to Tools->
E-mail Accounts...
