Outlook 2003 Getting some email days late

One user on Exchange account not getting some email for days
server shows mail was delivered on time, some messages delivered
immediately. tried Google did not find much info ,,, anyone have an idea ?

Did you ever get a reply that helped for this problem? I'm asking because one
of my company's properties is having the same issue.
