Using Outlook 2003; exchange 5.5
When addressing an e-mail recipient, my entire
organization types the first few characters of the
recipient's first name, then first few characters of the
recipient last name, then click on 'check name'. This no
longer works after upgrading to Outlook 2003. For
example: To address Sally Smith, we would type 'Sal Smi',
then check names. This no longer returns Sally Smith.
The only way to find Sally Smith is by typeing her Alias,
or searching the GAL.
Is there a setting that needs to be changed in Outlook?
Thanks,
Joshua K
