Outlook 2003 Global List Problem

Hi All,
When I add a new contact or member on the exchange server, users with
Outlook 2003 can't see the new members from the global list instantly,
but other users with previous versions of Outlook can. Outlook 2003
users can see the new contact or member once the computer has been
restart.

Can anyone help with this problem?
