We have noticed with the recent deployment of Internet Explorer 7 that
Outlook 2003 seems to freeze for a few seconds. Seems to usually happen when
new mail is being recieved. Running Exchange 2003 SP2 server running on
Windows Server 2003 SP1. Clients running XP SP2 with Outlook 2003
