Outlook 2003 Hangs/Dies

Outlook 2003 dies fairly often. Users get the dialog to send a report to
Microsoft Usually happens when they are double clicking to open a contact,
mail, an old mail in the deleted items folder... Looking at the error that
gets sent to Microsoft, it's always a c0000005. If I remember right that is
an Access Violation. A couple of users have administrative rights so there
should be any access violations at all, especially for them. Outlook 2000
was super. This just started with the O2k3. I installed it with the msi
file using the upgrade option. The application logs on the workstations
don't give up much info. Just that it was Outlook.exe. Some workstations
have an entry that reads, "Rejected Safe Mode action : Microsoft Office
Outlook". I have also check everything on the Exchange server. Stopped the
GroupSheild service. All to no end.
OS=XPsp1
Plenty of memory, processor...
Is connected to an Exchange 2ksp3 server.
Haven't been able to find much on this.
Anyone have any ideas?

John
