I have installed OL 2003 SP3 on my laptop HP 6715 runningn VISA business.
Whenever I receive or send there is a long delay with the application hung.
Sometimes after 10-15 mins it will unhang and carry on, otherwise I have to
kill it using Task Manager. Also, if I select Tools > Options it can take 5
mins for the options dialog to appear.
I thought it may be Anti-Virus so I have uninstalled it (I was using AVG)
but that makes no difference.
When the program is killed using TM I get the message "Outlook was not
responding - looking for a solution to this problem" but that message closes
after a few seconds with no further indication of what might be the problem.
I would be very grateful for you suggestions as to how this could be fixed.
