Outlook 2003 hangs on shutdown

I have a new computer that came with Office 2003 Basic
installed and when I use Outlook 2003 it hangs when I try
to shutdown. I have to restart my computer in order to
run the program again. Thanks in advance.

I tried uninstalling my WinFax Pro 10.01 but the
uninstall hangs up and does not completely remove the
program. However all of the problems with my Outlook
2003 has vanished. I tried reinstalling the WinFax and
uninstalling but the uninstall program fails each time.
Since my Outlook is working fine I am not complaining.
Thanks for your help.
