When I open outlook it hangs when i click on my personal folders. I upgraded
from XP to 2003. I am unable to read my mails. But I am able to download
mails from an exchange server.
My OS is XP Pro SP 2 and there is Norton Antivirus corporate edition running
on my pc. I have installed all the fixes available but to no avail. I
noticed that my pst file is 97/2002 format. I don't know whether that is the
problem
