Outlook 2003 Hangs

My Outlook constantly hangs up or lags. It happens when entering contacts,
calendar entries, opening email...doesn't seem to matter. It freezes for
about 20-30 secs, then works for a while, then does it again. It is making me
crazy!!! Any ideas/suggestions?!?
