Hello;
I just upgraded from outlook 2000 to the new 2003 and I am having some
difficulties and was wondering if somebody can help me resolve this issues.
first, when i try to add an email address to an email, although all my
contacts are visible in "Contacts", when I press"To" in the new email
window or the Address book button , the "select Names" window pops up with
all the contact information completelly blank.
Second, if I exit and close outlook, the Outlook icon can still be seen on
the task bar, will not dissapear and if i try to start outlook it will not
start, have to go to the task manager and Kill the previous outlook that is
still running there, and only then, outlook will start again, all my mail
accounts are POP/SMTP,.
Anybody knows hotw to solve this issues?
