Outlook 2003 IMAP Field display problem

Hi,

I've seen there is a problem with displaying the "To"
column and the "Sent" comlumn when you change to IMAP view
for email. There was a patch for Outlook 2002 but it
appears to be still a problem in 2003. Is there a current
solution?

Also I have a message rule to move my sent items into my
IMAP sent items. Do I still need to keep this or does
2003 support which folder I can specify for sent items?
