[Outlook 2003] IMAP folders not automatic synchronising

I have Outlook 2003 with some IMAP folders.
Outlook Express will automaticly synchronise all folders but Outlook only
wants to synchronise the current folders and not the others.

How can I tell Outlook 2003 to synchronise all folders all the time?
