Outlook 2003 immediately shuts down after starting

Outlook 2003 shut down after experiencing a problem and now won't restart.
Running Win XP Pro sp2. The screen will open but then after 2-3 seconds, it
says it has to close.

Try deleting the hidden file %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\outcmd.dat
