E
Eric with a problem
I work in a company which uses a program called VM_CMS, also known as
hummingbird network. You can sign up for different company classes. When you
sign up for a class it automatically sends a vcalendar with the time and date
of your appointment. When you open it or paste it into your calendar the time
is always wrong. Outlook doesn’t translate the Greenwich mean time to your
time zone. This problem occurred with Outlook 2000 and is under the article
number 258754. This article claims this problem is fixed with service pack 2.
I have a computer with outlook 2003 service pack 1 which has the problem. I
also have a machine with outlook 2000 service pack 3 that has the problem.
One last thing is I have a machine with outlook 2000 no service pack at all
that does not have the problem. I’m stumped on this issue any help would be
very appreciated.
