Outlook 2003 importing

When I import Outlook Express emails from Outlook 2003, some but not all emails imported with the current date/time in Received field, which is incorrect because they are past emails. Export from OE will have the date/time correct, however, OE does not export Internet Headers of the emails that I'd like to keep as well. I don't know if this is a bug with Outlook or what, but any help on this would be appreciated
