Outlook 2003 in Terminal Services environment - Default settings?

Hi there,

I have a question and the MS website, nor Google are really coming up with
any satisfactory answers.

We currently have Office XP suite installed on our Terminal Servers and the
management have decided to upgrade Outlook to 2003. I have uninstalled
Outlook XP from a test TS server and installed Outlook 2003 in its place. I
read that with 2003 the setup program detects that Outlook is being installed
on a Terminal Services enabled PC and disables certain aspects to save on
bandwidth.

(See here, http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011402071033.aspx
- "As part of an installation to a Terminal Services—enabled system, some
specific features are disabled by default because of their high bandwidth
requirements for network and dial-up users. For instance, animations, sounds,
and high-resolution graphics are disabled; or, in the case of high-resolution
graphics, substituted with lower-resolution graphics."

I log in to the Terminal Services Server remotely and everything works no
problems. I show my manager and he says its fine except it pretty much looks
the same as XP and he wants it to look like it would on a local PC (ie the
pretty colours and Icons you get with 2003, which are turned off by default
in a Terminal Services enabled computer).

When I run Outlook 2003 locally on the Terminal Services server it has the
pretty colours and what not, when I log on remotely the interface has been
toned down as above.

So basically my question is, How do I turn some of these default TS options
off?

Many thanks for reading. :)
