Outlook 2003 in Terminal Services

Matt

I have installed Outlook 2003 onto a Windows 2003 Terminal
Server, I have another Windows 2003 server running the
Exchange/Mail.

After installing Outlook 2003 it performed alright for 3
days, then every user started experiencing "Do you want to
start Outlook in safe mode?"

I located the following article
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=319517
After performing the resolution, Outlook performs
correctly for about one day then starts prompting users
about safe mode again.

Is there any other way around this problem, deleting the
Reiliency key doesnt seem to be effective?

Did you follow the steps here to install Office 2003 on the Terminal Server?
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;828955&Product=off2003

Check the Event Log to see if there are any errors being logged with Userenv
as the source. It's possible the users' profiles ar enot unloading
gracefully. Also, make sure the users have the appropriate permissions to
the C: drive on the Terminal Server as well as to that registry key
referenced in the article you mentioned.
