Hi
I have a client who has the following problem, and I can't seem to see what
the problem is. I have tried a whole lot of things, any suggestion is welcome
App: Outlook 2003
OS: Windows XP Pro
Connection: Diginet line to Exchange 2003
Delivery: To mailbox
Problem: After opening OL, if he selects New mail/Forward/Reply, OL freezes
for about 5 to ten minutes, after that he can do all of the above normally,
but as soon as he closes and reopens OL the problem exists again.
Tried:
1. Enabled exchange mode & disabled exchange mode [Failed]
2. Created new OL profile [Failed]
3. Tested delivery to ps [Failed]
4. Tested in Windows Safemode [Failed]
5. Unistalled AV (Trend Micro) [Failed]
