Outlook 2003 Issue

Does anyone know if there are any issue in regards to installing Outlook
2003 running Office 97 on a W2K OS?

I keep getting out of memory and system resources errors

Hi Nigel,
if you only use OL2003, you have to be sure, that you dont use word as email
editor.
OL2003 is using a lot of free space.
But tell me your system envirements
