outlook 2003 junk email and rules

How can I get Outlook to run through my rules before reviewing new email
through the junk filters. This was working fine until two days ago when I
update.

Outlook 2003 SP1 changed the order of when the junk mail filter runs so that
it runs prior to the rules.
