Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter Problem

In Outlook 2003

Quite often I use my default email account to email myself a reminder or
note vs. using the calendar. Some time over the last few days my default
email was added to the blocked senders section.

I have added myself to my Safe Senders' List
I removed my email address and domain from the blocked senders list
I have told it Not Junk and restored the messages to my inbox

Yet every time I send myself an email it returns to the Junk mail folder.

Any help?
