Outlook 2003 Junk eMail

Hi,

I am running Outlook 2003 against an Exchange 2003 Server. Just recently, I
have having issues with some Users having mail re-directed into their Junk
eMail folder.

I have disabled the Junk Mail feature on the Outlook client (previously set
to 'Low' ) for some of them who were experiencing this issue but some mail
keeps getting re-directed there. The is nothing special installed on the
Exchange Server (ie Intelligent Mail Filtering etc)

Does anybody else have this issue and is there a fix?
