Outlook 2003 Junk Mail Filter

I'm running Outlook 2003 under Vista Ultimate. I recently did a clean
install of Vista and then Outlook, but now the Junk Mail filter isn't
sending anything into the Junk Mail folder -- it's all flowing into the
Inbox. I have it set to "High" under the Tools/Options/Junk E-mail Options
menu, but nothing is diverted. Is there something I am overlooking?

What's on your Safe Recipients list? 2003 still let you put your own address
on the list, thankfully fixed in 2007.

No, not unless you receive mail at a group address that's going into the
junk folder.
