Outlook 2003 junk mail problems

I am using a university run imap account, which is setup in outlook, i have continually added the junk mail i get to blocked senders and have the junk mail filter set to high, but its not moving any msgs to junk mail

I have multiple other people with the same problem, actually everyone using outlook 2003 with the university email system

I have the latest version of the junk mail filter, all win updates etc ..

Please let me know of any suggestions, i have a feeling its something to do with an exchange server or something of that nature, but i'm really not to familiar with mail systems

I'd be surprised if the Junk filter works for IMAP accounts. It may, but I
have no proof.
