Outlook 2003 Junk Mail Update

I'm looking for the July 2004 update to Outlook's Junk Mail spam filter. I
know it exists, because I downloaded it shortly after it was released. But
now I can't seem to find it again. All the links to it from other sites on
the web are broken.

Did MS pull it down for some reason? Or was it moved and I just can't find
it anymore?

Also, does anybody know what Microsoft's release schedule for Junk Mail
updates? I would like to see them update it every few weeks, but it seems
that so far, updates have been sporadic at best.

I see that SP1 addresses some known issues with the Junk Mail feature, but I
don't see any evidence that SP1 updates the spam signatures. Are you sure
that it updates the signatures?
