Outlook 2003 keeps crashing and failing to respond

......this happens only when Symantec's Win Fax Pro 10 is installed. Remove
Win Fax from the Pc and Outlook behaves perfectly. Any solutions?

Sounds like you already know Outlook isn't the issue but WInFaxPro. So;
update WinFaxPro? ;-)
