I seem to encounter a persistent problem whenever i download e-mail messages
using Outlook 2003. When an e-mail message is over 100kb, Outlook will stall
during the downloading of that particular message until it times out. I have
already set the "Server Timeouts" in the "Advanced" tab of "Internet E-mail
Settings" to maximum (which is 10mins), and have turned of my anti-virus
e-mail scanning function, to no avail. What can i do to alleviate this
problem?
