Upon launching Outlook 2003, the interface appears only to lock up, leaving
my cursor as an hourglass! I have gone to long lunches with this XP
Professional system in this condition and it does not time out to leave an
error message.
At the bottom of the app is the current state, "databinding". My co worker
suggested that it was a corrupt registry key.
Any help is appreciated.
