Sleepless in OUtlook land

I seem to be having the same probelm that hundreds of other people are having.

OUtlook 2003 locks up and stops responding when,
I leave the computer or minimize the program
When I attempt to shut down outlook it goes to the tray
when I try to access my inbox
I am not using word as my email editor-anymore

I have repaired, reinstalled and restarted countless times. Needless to say,
I am not a big fan of Microsoft right now. I have lost more than three days
of work due to this problem.

I unistalled my pocket pC software-so now I have no contact back up- and the
program still locks up.

Can anyone suggest a better program? Or perhaps a solution?

Lord please help.

Shutdown problems are more likely caused by add-ins that you have installed
for Outlook than by Outlook itself. Blaming Microsoft straight away without
knowing the real cause doesn't look like the way to go when you ask me.

Anyway, to start troubleshooting shutdown issues see;
