Hi,
Some users are experiencing an issue where new emails are locking up Outlook.
If the option for editing in Word is disabled, the issue goes away. But some
of our users like using the advanced options of word so I'd like to get a fix.
This issue has appeared on all sorts of systems running XP and 2003 with
various levels of patching (primarily fully patched with the latest SP).
