Outlook 2003 loses autocomplete names after restarting Outlook

I have autocomplete turned on and it will work for names that I have used
since logging on. After logging off and then back on it will not remember the
previous names.

This means you have a mail profile corruption and you'll need to recreate
your mail profile.
