Outlook 2003 mail box folders permission

Every time a use needs access to someone else's mail box I need to set
permission to that mail box and all its folders and sub-folders. It's ok it
the user has 1 or 2 folders but is there a way to set the permission on the
mail box itself and propagate that permission to all sub folders? This will
save me hours of work.



I do not want to delegate permission.
