Outlook 2003 mail merge to email. Sending in HTML is fine. However, if I try
to send the merged email in plain text, I get a security warning that a
program is trying to send emails and I have to allow each and every email
(not the case with sending in HTML format.) Can this security setting be
de-activated / uninstalled?
