Outlook 2003... Messages sent from new messages go to
outbox and stay until "Send Received" is hit a second
time. I have set up a second PC with identical setting and
all works fine ( mail clears outbox on first send). Both
PCs are XP pro, SP1, Office 2003, SP1, POP3 dial up
connection to ISP. Any ideas or docs appreciated
