Hi
This is very odd!
Write a mail in Outlook 2003 (part of Office)
Click on send.
Provided you don't go to the outbox folder everything is fine.
But, if you do click on the outbox folder then any messages in there
will not send, they show as being ready but just won't send.
The workaround is to open the message, swap folders i.e. go to inbox.
Re send the mail and click on send.
There is a discussion about it here.

I have removed Business Contact Manager from the system.
Switched off Norton.
Looked at the registry as recommend but still this daft problem that MS
knows about continues.
I wonder if you chaps can help?
Also one other issue! I want to send mail to Yahoo groups that only
allow plain text, is there a way to set outlook to send to a generic
address like 'yahoo.com' in plain text, or must I add every group
address to the contact manager separately?
Cheers
