Outlook 2003 mailboxes sharing

I have acess to two mail boxes - 1 personal and one shared
with others.

When I send and delete in the shared mailbox the send and
deleted items are posted to my personal mailbox. I do not
want this - when I aend and delete from the shared mailbox
I want the sent a nd deleted items to be seen in the shred
mialbox. Ther are 4 of us using the shared mialbox and
this will apply to all users

HELP PLEASE
