Outlook 2003 meeting reminders not working

Hi,
I have a user that uses outlook 2003. For some reason his meeting reminders
is not working. I had him do a detect and repair and that didn't fix it.

Any suggestions?

Are the meetings in his default calendar?

He somehow got it back working. He doesn't even know what happen.
