Outlook 2003 - Meetings not posting in calendar

Hi

I have a user using Outlook 2003 SP2. Meeting requests sent to him
are not showing up in his calendar. I will send him a meeting
invitation, he will accept and two things will (not) happen--I won't
get a message from him saying that he accepted the meeting and, on his
end, the meeting does not show up in his calendar. I've tried a
Detect/Repair and that didn't fix it. What else should I be looking
for? We are using an Exchange server in our environment.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
