I have an Admin Assistant that handles 3 Executive's calendars and anytime a
meeting request is sent to any one of the execs, the Meeting is processed
automatically, it says that it has "Tentatively Accepted" on behalf of the
Admin Assistant. This does not happen when the meeting is scheduled to her
alone only to any of the execs. We are using OUTLOOK 2003.
