Outlook 2003 message editor

Is there any way to use Outlook 2003 and use Word 2000 as
the editor for new messages? It would appear that Outlook
2003 only has the capabilities to support Word 2003.

Please advise

Nope, the versions of Outlook and Word must be the same to use Word as the
email editor.
