Outlook 2003 missing "send" button

I lost my "send" button. It is not on the toolbar to add it.I tried
reinstalling outlook but still have no button...where did it go? How do I get
it back...any help would be appreciated

If you don't have any accounts set up, the Send button will not appear. Go to
Tools, Accounts and set up your account again.

I set up my account multiple time and tested ok...still do not have send
button. Under "accounts tab" on "New Message" page is blank. What does this
mean...

Try a new mail profile.
