outlook 2003 Missing sender's name - FIX please

There is missing a sender's name field in the header of incoming
messages, so the user doesn't know where is those messages came from.
She can see only their subjects. Is her profile on the mail server got
corrupted? Any ideas please?

Have her reset the view she's using.
