I have a couple users using Outlook 2003 with cached exchange mode.
They connect to an Exchange 2003 server. One user has stated that
when he moves messages to various folders in his mail that the
messages somehow get moved back to his inbox. This happens even when
he has a fast connection to the exchange server here at our office.
It sounds like some sort of syn issue with the server but I'm not
sure. An other user has stated that after deleting 30 messages they
somehow all came back to his inbox. Is there someway to find out why
this is happening and perhaps prevent it?
