Outlook 2003 moving mail to public folder changes date:none

In current Public Folder are some mails with date, but most of them have
date:none. After this happened, we have tested with some mails moving them
and date didn't change. When the date changed, there were about 2000 mails
moving from Mailbox to Public Folder.
