I've been using Outlook 2003 (Windows XP Pro) for about a
month now and keep running into an issue with emails from
two specific emailers. These people are both in my
company and their emails are from the same domain that I
use. We all use POP3 accounts with earthlink (they host
our domain). SOME of the emails that I get from these
guys go directly to the Deleted Mail folder (by-passing
the Junk Email folder) but others make it to my inbox just
fine.
I have the Junk Mail filter set on low, their address are
listed in my Safe Senders list (both email address and
domain), and neither of them is listed on my blocked
senders list. I have no other RULES enabled.
I had been using IHATESPAM 4.0 along with Outlook 2003 and
suspected that it may have been causing the problem. I
took it off (complete uninstall) my system last week but
the problem is still occuring. Does anyone have an idea
of what may be happening?
