Outlook 2003 multiple launch!

Installed Office 2K3 Pro on XP Pro SP1. Both are clean installs. When I
start Outlook 2003, it starts up two instances. How can this be fixed?
Sort of reminds me of Visio XP that would restart itself when I shut it
down....
