Outlook 2003 - Multiple Meeting Scheduler

Hello - How do I add columns into the view on the single day calendar in
Outlook Calendar? I want to be able to schedule several meetings for the
same time frame in different rooms. Can I lable the columns? The purpose
is to have several meetings going in our office at once and be able to keep
track of them. Thank You- Robin

Click the Calendar button, and put a "tick" in each "shared calendar"
you want to have shown.
