In Outlook 2003, how can you permanently remove folders from My Contacts/My
Calendars/My Tasks/My Notes views? I know that you can right click on any of
those unwanted folders and chose "Remove from [My Contacts/My Calendars/My
Tasks/My Notes], but the next time I open the software those entire long
lists of folders are back in the navigation pane again. Is there a way to
permanently remove the folders without having to delete them?
