HI,
I am in a small office that uses a single server computer
for things like printing, etc. I would like to know if
anyone can tell me if I purchased Outlook 2003 for
everyone on the network, can we do the following things:
1. SHARE the contacts list so that if anyone on the
newtwork changes an address in the contacts list,
everyone will see it immediately.
2. SHARE certain Mail FOLDERS so that all on the network
would be allowed to drag and drop items into the folders
and they would be visible to everyone.
3. SHARE a COMMON calendar of activities for the whole
office staff that again ALL could see and modify.
Will Outlook 2003 allow this without having any other
special software like Microsoft Exchange Server or
something like that????
If this idea will work, then I would propse to put the
calendar, contacts list and special folders on the server
where this data would be backed up each night.
Can anyone help me with this request, please???
Thanks,
Larry H.
